What we collect
Your account ID, name and email from sign-in. For each form submission: the fields your visitor sent, the site it came from, basic browser information and the time it arrived.
The signed-out demo
Demo submissions are not saved by us. They go back to your page and stay in your browser until you delete them, so use test details, not a real visitor's information.
How we use it
To sign you in, show your inbox, prevent abuse and send the notifications you set up. We do not sell submission data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Service providers that run parts of SubmitHarbor for us: hosting, sign-in and storage, rate limiting and email delivery for notifications you turn on.
Your choices
You can delete single submissions and endpoints in the product. Deleting an endpoint deletes its submissions. For help exporting or deleting your whole account, use our contact page.
